  • Diagnostic Data: Information about crashes (crash reports), errors, and the App's performance.

Information You Provide (if applicable): Currently, our App does not require a user account registration (e-mail, name, etc.). If we implement features in the future that require registration, this policy will be updated to reflect the collection of that information.

2. How We Use Your Data

These partners only have access to your information to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose it or use it for any other purpose.

4. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Our App offers access to premium features through subscriptions ("Premium Subscription"). All payments are processed securely through your Google Play Store or App Store account. We do not collect, access, or store your credit card information. The management of your subscription, including cancellation, must be done directly in your Google Play or App Store account settings.

  • a) Premium Access: The Application may offer additional features and content through auto-renewing paid subscriptions ("Subscription"). The specific details of the Subscription (duration, price, included content) will be presented to you within the Application prior to purchase.

  • b) Payment: Payment will be charged to your App Store (Apple ID) or Google Play account at the confirmation of purchase.

  • c) Automatic Renewal: Your Subscription will automatically renew for the same period and price, unless auto-renewal is turned off in your App Store account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.

  • d) Management and Cancellation: You can manage your Subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal at any time by accessing your Account Settings in the App Store or Google Play after purchase. It is not possible to cancel the current subscription during the active period.

  • e) Pricing: We reserve the right to modify Subscription prices at any time. Any price changes will take effect at the start of the next subscription period following the date of the change, upon prior notice to you.

  • f) Refunds: Except where required by law or as permitted by the Apple App Store or Google Play policies, all Subscription purchases are final and non-refundable.

5. Your Privacy Rights Under Canadian Law

Under PIPEDA, you have the following rights:

  1. Right to Access:
    You can request access to the personal information we collect about you.

  2. Right to Correct:
    You can request corrections to any inaccurate or incomplete information.

  3. Right to Request Deletion of Data:
    You have the right to request that we delete your personal data that we have collected. This includes:

    • Personal information provided during registration or app usage.

    • Identifiers or data collected automatically through device usage.

    Important Considerations:

  • Diagnostic and Analytics Data: We retain diagnostic and analytics data (such as crash and error reports) for a period of up to 90 days for performance analysis and improvement purposes. After this period, the data is aggregated anonymously or permanently deleted.

  • Device Identifiers: Advertising identifiers (IDFA/GAID) are retained for a maximum period of 18 months for the purpose of personalized advertising and to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Users can reset or opt out of using these identifiers at any time in their device settings.

When there is no longer a need to retain your data, it will be securely deleted or anonymized.
